Xfwm: Default-4.4
GTK: Xfce-light
Wallpaper: Xfce Wall 1 by Jeffry Roldan

A total of four panels. One on the top, showing the time. A second to get the big mouse-button for the main menu. Third panel with starters, fourth with a tasklist.
Purple stuff drawn on the wallpaper.

Got inspiration for the bottom panel from this drawing by `meago.

Wow, I really love how you have your panels setup, it's giving me a lot of crazy ideas. :iconchocoloveplz: I mean, how many people think of linking a large start button to a smaller panel next to it? Coolest idea ever. :3

Yay! ^_^
Now that you're asking ... I got a somewhat faded memory that the folks over at Microsoft have done something similar. :|
Anyway, thanks. :3
Curious what kinds of ideas it gave you.

You're welcome. ^^ And they probably have, but if Microsoft has in the past, I definitely can't remember it. XD

As far as ideas it gave me, I'm thinking about curved, transparent taskbars, (So instead of filling the edge of the screen, it would curve upwards and stop inside a corner, or curving downwards if it's a taskbar at the bottom.) I may have a similar menu orb at the upper-left corner of the screen, and try to keep as many traditional desktop functions off the bottom of the screen as I can. And since I just figured out how to skin Window bars a week ago, who knows what I'll do with them too. XD Their buttons will probably be curved like the taskbar for consistency, and I might make the whole theme a yellowish color.

Given how flexible XFCE is, it's not terribly difficult to make a completely alien desktop design. :3 Needlessly to say this inspired me to explore those possibilities.
